David Lynch’s passing on 15 January was, as for many, keenly felt at The Garden Cinema. As much as any filmmaker, he embodied the art of cinema, and his singular body of work will continue to inspire, frighten, seduce, and console us for many years. In the immediate wake of his departure we present three of his features as a small tribute.

This mini-Lynch celebration begins on Saturday 25 January with his 1990 Cannes triumph Wild at Heart and is followed by two personal favourites from our programming team, Lost Highway and Inland Empire.
