Mindful Pictures Session Two 18

Pynk Prysm has partnered up with Garden Cinema to curate an afternoon of healing, connection and art! Mindful Pictures will be 5 hours of workshops, designed especially for creatives to improve their mental wellbeing, intertwined with short films that deal with mental health. Not a creative but want to attend? Please join us! Mental health is important to every single human and learning tools to better deal with yourself and the world around you is beneficial to all! Come make some new friends, watch films from all around the world and pick up some new techniques on how to handle life with a bit more ease.


Each Session costs £12.50 and includes 30mins of short films and a 45min workshop. You can attend for all three sessions and get the full day experience at a discounted rate of £30 (the discount will be automatically applied when all three sessions are added to your basket.)
