A Spanish company producing industrial scales is about to be visited by a committee which will decide whether it merits a local Business Excellence award. The company's proprietor, played by Javier Bardem – a bully and a humbug who projects the fatherly face of ‘the good boss’ – crosses every imaginable line in the process.
