Current Season:

Planting Seeds

Sat 05 Apr — Wed 31 Dec 2025

The Garden Cinema’s new strand of nature and environment-focused screenings. We have curated a selection of international films that span many genres, themes and countries to tell stories of resilience and resistance through the preservation of our natural habitat and landscape. Planting Seeds will showcase feats of rousing cinematic storytelling tackling a huge breadth of themes, from indigenous rights to craftsmanship, and communities, from courageous fishermen in the Gulf of Kutch to resourceful Macedonian beekeepers.

Many of the screenings will be introduced or followed by Q&As, while some will be complemented by extra perks to engage with the theme at hand!
