Refunds or exchanges can be processed via the box office: info@thegardencinema.co.uk. Please note, we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange should the request be made within 48 hours notice of the screening.
If you arrive 30 minutes or more late for your screening you will be refused entry. Please note we do not show adverts so the film will start approximately 10 minutes after the advertised start time.
We ask that you refrain from bringing your own snacks into the film.
